This is a course featuring vegan medicinal hot pot made without the use of animal-derived ingredients. Carefully prepared with the meticulous craftsmanship of Japanese artisans, using no chemical seasonings or animal-based ingredients whatsoever, you can enjoy our mellow Vegan Paitan broth and our numbing, spicy Vegan Mala broth. Reservations open on the 1st of each month (12:00 noon) for dates two months in advance. Please note that seats may be fully booked within about 5 minutes. We appreciate your understanding that we are often unable to accept reservations.
