About Course Menu
Hinabe Neko’s medicinal hot pot, specially crafted for beauty and health. Made with great care and effort in the meticulous spirit of Japanese craftsmanship, without using any chemical seasonings. The result is a hot pot so delicious that even guests from China have told us, “It’s even better than the authentic original.” Tomorrow’s body is built by what you eat today. Reservations open on the 1st of each month at 12:00 noon for dates two months in advance. Please note that seats may be fully booked within about five minutes. We appreciate your understanding that we are often unable to accept reservations.
