About Course Menu
Hinabe Neko’s medicinal hot pot specializes in beauty and wellness. Made with meticulous care in the true spirit of Japanese craftsmanship, without using any chemical seasonings. The result is a hot pot so delicious that even guests from China say, “It’s better than the authentic original.” Tomorrow’s body is built by what you eat today. Reservations open on the 1st of each month at 12:00 noon for bookings two months in advance. Seats may be fully booked within about 5 minutes. Please understand that we are often unable to accept reservations.
