Our inn is Hokuriku’s first sushi auberge, established in Noto, a treasure trove of fine ingredients. Committed to local production for local consumption, we offer a special dining experience available only here, to be enjoyed in a superb location. Only the 18:30 seating is available. For reservations of 4 guests or more, please contact us directly by phone. We also accept inquiries regarding private bookings.

This sushi course features approximately 15 pieces of nigiri and around 5 small dishes, centered on seasonal ingredients from Noto throughout the four seasons.
