■ We are unable to accommodate requests for allergy or dietary restrictions, or religious restrictions on the day of your visit. Please make sure to enter any information regarding allergies or prohibited ingredients for all members of your party in the remarks section in advance.
■ Our service starts simultaneously for all guests. We kindly ask you to arrive at the reserved time. Please understand that if you arrive late, we may not be able to serve all dishes.
■ The meal duration is approximately 2 hours. For guests who are short on time, we may only be able to serve part of the course. Please note that even if you do not complete the course, the full course fee will still apply.
■ Photography is allowed, but please refrain from taking pictures of other guests and using flash. When photographing the chef, please ask beforehand and ensure other guests are not captured in the shot.
■ There is no specific dress code, but we ask that you refrain from wearing casual clothing such as tank tops or strong perfumes.
■ Children may dine with us if they can enjoy the same menu as adults.
