Featuring fresh fish from the Setouchi area and locally grown vegetables, we welcome you with an extensive selection of dishes, including robata-grilled specialties, sashimi, and many other à la carte offerings. The interior of Hondori Sasa is a renovated 70-year-old traditional house originally built during the postwar reconstruction period, preserving its charming old-world atmosphere while providing a comfortable space for our guests. At the counter seats surrounding the irori hearth and stone oven, you can enjoy the flames of straw grilling and the sounds of cooking, while our private and semi-private rooms offer a relaxing and intimate setting.
