Before spending 20 years as a sushi chef, owner Harada actually had experience working at a ramen restaurant. Your dining experience begins with vibrant dishes crafted from seafood sourced from Fukuoka, Kyushu, followed by sushi made with carefully selected fish and meticulously prepared shari rice. To finish, enjoy a small seafood broth ramen that changes with the seasons. This is the new omakase style found only at 市sushi.
