Chef Harada, who has 20 years of experience as a sushi chef, actually previously worked in a ramen shop. Your experience begins with vibrant dishes featuring seafood from Kyushu and Fukuoka, followed by a sushi course crafted with carefully selected fish and meticulously prepared shari rice. To finish, enjoy a small seafood broth ramen that changes with the seasons. This is the exclusive omakase style of 市sushi.
