Female Hinai jidori chicken from Akita Prefecture, known as the “ultimate local chicken,” is expertly prepared by our chefs into the “ultimate yakitori.” Please enjoy a variety of seasonal ingredients in a serene Japanese setting that lets you forget the bustle of the city.
