About Course Menu
Our new course. Enjoy fresh vegetables and three types of meat (Oyama chicken, Yama-Yuri pork, lamb) in a hearty chicken broth infused with medicinal herbs. Choose between knife-cut noodles and rice porridge to finish off your meal. ■ About the Ingredients We use Yama-Yuri pork, a brand of pork from Kanagawa Prefecture. The non-greasy fat of Yama-Yuri pork pairs perfectly with the broth. The all-you-can-drink menu includes Sapporo Premium Beer "Shiro Honoka" and Japanese whiskey "Chita" for highballs.
