About Course Menu

Our signature dish. A hot pot we're proud of, made with carefully selected ingredients and a rich broth using high-quality chicken bones and plenty of vegetables. The seasonal appetizers and ramen to finish are also exceptional. ■ About the ingredients We use Kiki pork from Gunma Prefecture (pork that is fed a special diet including natto bacteria, and raised with delicious "water" from Gunma's great nature, considering amino acid balance and calorie composition, resulting in pork with good marbling and high-quality meat). For beef, we use domestically-produced Wagyu beef specially selected from all over Japan each day. We also pay particular attention to seasonings, especially our ponzu, which we specially source from the Hama Shoyu Brewery established in Meiji 30 (1897) in Tokushima Prefecture, the only place in Tokyo to do so. Our all-you-can-drink menu includes Sapporo Premium Beer "Shirohonoka" and highballs featuring Japanese whiskey "Chita." ■ About the ingredients We use Kiki pork from Gunma Prefecture (pork with high-quality marbled meat).
