At our restaurant, tempura is prepared with heartfelt dedication by artisans of Isshinkai, Japan’s only tempura-specialist association with a history of over 115 years. For those who wish to enjoy an authentic counter-style tempura dining experience in a more casual way, we offer our reasonably priced lunch course, Kagura, featuring our signature tempura. Owner Kaneko and our head chef, who has devoted fifty years to the world of tempura, carefully select ingredients with a particular focus on Edomae seafood. For the vegetables as well, we have meticulously chosen exceptional ingredients rarely found at lunch, creating a course that is both authentic and satisfyingly generous. Please do make use of our restaurant not only for meals with close friends and family, but also for celebrations and business entertaining.
