[Samurai Course] Chef’s Omakase Course Featuring Kuruma Prawn and Tempura of Rare Ingredients

About Course Menu

■For the selectable one drink, please choose from the following: Sparkling wine / Draft beer / Red or white wine by the glass Fruit liqueur / Highball / Soft drink ■Exquisite Carefully Selected Ingredients Chef’s Choice Course + 1 tempura dish made with carefully selected ingredients In the Edo period, chefs were originally people who came from the samurai class, in other words, warriors. Embracing the spirit of the samurai and facing each ingredient with grace, while carefully judging the oil, we fry the finest tempura suited to the season, the day, and the occasion. Beginning with our signature pureed seasonal vegetable soup and seasonal sashimi, this luxurious and dynamic course features tempura such as kuruma prawn, naturally, as well as Edomae favorites like conger eel, Japanese whiting, and flathead, together with the most delicious seasonal ingredients of the moment and even rare, premium ingredients of exceptional value. For this offering, we will further add a tempura item featuring oysters coming into season, or sea urchin and other seasonal delicacies. We invite you to fully enjoy the true appeal of freshly fried tempura, prepared with great care and served at the counter, while also enjoying conversation with the head chef. The craftsmanship confidently presented by Isshinkai, Japan’s only culinary association specializing in tempura, speaks through its 115-year history since its founding. Refined Edomae tempura lives here.
