About Course Menu

<Limited Time Offer> We have prepared a course focusing on ingredients "produced in Tokyo." The history of tempura started in the Edo period, primarily with seafood caught in Edo Bay, served from food stalls. Today, we have curated a selection of rare ingredients representative of Edo, including conger eel, sillago, flathead, goby, horse mackerel, small blowfish, and small scallops, to revive their heritage. (Please note, some items may not be from Edo Bay.) Our vegetables are directly sourced Tokyo produce, and the dessert is Edo-style Anmitsu. You can enjoy the aroma and flavor of sesame, a hallmark of tempura since the Edo period. [Ikkyu Special Offer] As a special feature, we are offering a ginjo granite made with sake from the renowned sake brewery "Sawanoi" in Ome, Tokyo. It pairs excellently with conger eel tempura, serving as a perfect dining sake. Please savor the taste of Tokyo and immerse yourself in a touch of Edo's chic style.
