Across the counter, guests can enjoy the lively atmosphere of watching our artisans at work, including live demonstrations of rolled sushi, performances featuring a Japanese sword, and the preparation of dashimaki tamago cooked right before your eyes, offering a unique experience where cuisine and entertainment come together. During the course, there are also moments when guests can observe the culinary process and techniques up close while listening to explanations from our artisans, as well as interactive performances that engage the entire venue. This is Jin-Asakusa’s distinctive SAMURAI Course, a compact yet immersive experience featuring cuisine and performances inspired by a Sengoku-era banquet. For those who prefer a more relaxed pace, we also offer the premium **Shogun Course**, a full-course experience where guests can fully enjoy a Sengoku-style celebratory feast and artisan performances.
