About Course Menu
Starting with seared Wagyu sushi and premium thick-cut fresh tongue, this course features a carefully curated selection by cut quality, including Kuroge Wagyu large-cut ribeye steak, today’s three varieties of Kuroge Wagyu lean cuts, specially selected Kuroge Wagyu lean steak, the king of kalbi zabuton (salt), and domestic premium horumon. A total of 14 dishes, including a three-kind kimchi assortment, chef’s choice salad, sanchu, seafood clay pot risotto, and two kinds of dessert. Includes all-you-can-drink with Suntory The Premium Malt’s draft beer and Kubota Senju. All-you-can-drink is available for 150 minutes, last order 30 minutes before closing.
