About Course Menu

This is a hot pot course with Kyoto duck breast and Japanese duck thigh as the main for shabu-shabu. The appetizer includes duck breast simmered, which is also offered in our duck rice box. Enjoy a total of 6 dishes, including 5 appetizers and Kyoto duck meatballs.

Menu

This course focuses on domestic duck shabu-shabu hot pot, complemented with two glasses of sake served in line with the flow of the meal. The sake is carefully selected to complement the duck dishes, and served one glass at a time. The small portions allow you to enjoy them without feeling overwhelmed. Enjoy a relaxing time savoring the harmony of the rich taste of duck and sake in a tranquil setting. ○ Assorted appetizers (including simmered duck loin) - 5 varieties ○ Kyoto duck meatball and Ajitakaradon egg yolk ○ Seasonal fruit and cream cheese shiro-ae, topped with duck prosciutto ○ Domestic duck shabu-shabu hot pot (Yamato duck thigh, Kyoto duck loin, white scallions, watercress, mizuna, and mochi) ○ Rice porridge or soba noodles ○ Dessert
