About Course Menu

This is a hot pot course with duck shabu-shabu as the main dish, featuring Kyoto duck breast and Japanese duck thigh meat. The appetizer includes simmered duck breast also offered in our duck bento. Enjoy a total of six items, including five types of appetizers and Kyoto duck meatballs.

Menu

This course focuses on domestic duck shabu-shabu hot pot, complemented with two glasses of sake served in line with the flow of the meal. The sake is carefully selected to complement the duck dishes, and served one glass at a time. The small portions allow you to enjoy them without feeling overwhelmed.
