About Course Menu

This banquet course lets you enjoy carefully selected flavors, including Hinai Jidori chicken, together with 2 hours of all-you-can-drink beverages. Beginning with a fresh fish appetizer, smoked edamame, and shabu-shabu salad with plenty of condiments, the course also features five skewers of yakitori and vegetable skewers per person, grilled over binchotan charcoal for a savory finish. Popular specialties such as fried burdock root and dashimaki tamago, a signature dish of yakitori restaurants, are also included. To finish, we serve a half-sized bowl of chicken soba infused with the rich flavor of Hinai Jidori.
