About Course Menu
This banquet course lets you enjoy carefully selected flavors, including Hinai Jidori, together with 2 hours of all-you-can-drink. The meal begins with a fresh fish appetizer, smoked edamame, and a shabu-shabu salad topped with plenty of condiments. Each guest is then served five skewers of yakitori and vegetable skewers, fragrantly grilled over binchotan charcoal. The course also features popular specialties such as fried burdock root and dashimaki tamago, a favorite from a yakitori restaurant. To finish, we offer a half-sized bowl of chicken soba infused with the rich flavor of Hinai Jidori. This course is recommended for company parties, gatherings with friends, and all kinds of banquets.
