Five artfully presented appetizers featuring foie gras, prosciutto, truffles, and more, NODO’s specialty, “Canelé-Style Montasio Cheese,” Linguine with bottarga and vongole, and roasted Agano Hime beef— each dish brings out the finest qualities of its ingredients, while expressing the aromas of the season and festive elegance on every plate. To finish, our “Reinvenzione,” a reimagined strawberry shortcake, creates the scene of a white Christmas night.
