About Course Menu
A course centered on our signature grilled clam specialties and steamed dishes. Our specialty grilled clams are topped with delicacies such as sea urchin and crab, and can only be enjoyed as part of this course. The steamed dish features summer vegetables and clams, served with our special ponzu and sesame sauce. To finish, we offer clam udon. Please note that this course does not include clam shabu-shabu. In addition, the contents of the specialty grilled clams may vary depending on seasonal availability.
