About Course Menu
This is our recommended course where you can compare the classic pufferfish sashimi "Usuzukuri" and our specialty "Torabutsu" (chopped tiger pufferfish: a signature dish where generous amounts of green onions and chunky pufferfish meat are mixed with ponzu sauce and enjoyed with a spoon).
