About Course Menu
This is our highly recommended course where you can enjoy a taste comparison between the classic fugu sashimi "Usuzukuri" and our signature dish "Torabutsu" (chunked tiger pufferfish: a specialty dish where generous amounts of green onions and chunky fugu are mixed with ponzu sauce and enjoyed with a spoon).
