About Course Menu
Our highly recommended course allows you to compare the classic "Usuzukuri" pufferfish sashimi with our specialty "Torabutsu" (chunks of torafugu: an iconic dish where generous amounts of green onions and chunks of pufferfish are mixed with ponzu sauce and enjoyed with a spoon).
