We mainly use ingredients from Kyushu to create our traditional multi-course meals. These meals, consisting of eight dishes including appetizers, light dishes, sashimi, simmered dishes, grilled dishes, bite-size dishes, strong-tasting dishes, rice and a dessert, will satisfy you in terms of taste, presentation, and quantity.
