About Course Menu
~The main dish is a 120g sirloin steak~ ※For an additional 1,500 yen, you can change it to 150g, and for an additional 3,000 yen, you can change it to 180g. The sirloin of A5 grade "Kagoshima Black Beef" is our most popular steak with finely textured flesh and beautiful marbling. We recommend the steak to be cooked medium-rare with a bit of redness left, and with simple seasoning like salt and wasabi, you can enjoy the full flavor of the meat itself.
