We have prepared a premium dinner course featuring carefully selected Japanese Black beef, fresh fish from nearby waters, and locally sourced ingredients, all presented with refined culinary technique. Seasonal vegetables and fresh seafood, selected daily, are thoughtfully arranged with both Japanese and French influences and served as a full-course seasonal dining experience.

From our à la carte menu, which changes with the seasonal ingredients we source,
we will prepare a 6 to 7 dish course tailored to each guest’s preferences.
This flexible course may also be ordered upon arrival, even by guests who have reserved seating only.

As each course is prepared according to your preferences,
please note in advance that some time may be required for preparation.
