First, please taste the noodle broth on its own, then add minced ginger and Kujo green onions to enjoy a second taste. You will sense the expansion of flavors. The main soft-shelled turtle soup is rich in collagen, amino acids, and minerals, so please drink it to the last drop. The omelet topping the noodles also contains soft-shelled turtle meat. Light, easy to eat, and healthy.
