This is a course featuring soft-shelled turtle soup. Of course, the main dish is soft-shelled turtle hot pot, but the soup's aspic and chawanmushi are rich in collagen and delicious. The "tohban yaki" with homemade white miso, vegetables, and soft-shelled turtle is also healthy. ■-■-■ Please note that there are no parking facilities around the restaurant.
