First, take a sip of the noodle sauce, then add chopped ginger and Kujo green onions and enjoy your second sip. You will experience the expansion of flavors. The main soft-shelled turtle soup is rich in collagen, amino acids, minerals, and nutrients, so please drink it to the last drop. The tamagoyaki with the noodles also contains soft-shelled turtle meat.
