Enjoy the exquisite "thinly sliced sea bream" with firm texture and elegant flavor from the Genzen Kyushu, alongside the "Mataichi no Shio" salt boiled in a flat kettle with seawater from Itoshima, the "Kita Izumi Moromi Soy Sauce" naturally brewed and aged for four years, and the special "Five-Year-Aged Plum Miso" from Kintsuta.

Kintsuta's specialty "Wagyu Tail Salt Grill" is here. Carefully selected wagyu tail is simmered with aromatic vegetables for an extended period before being finished on a charcoal grill.

This luxurious cutlet sandwich features carefully selected eel from Kyushu, fried to a fragrant crisp. The bread is made with domestically grown wheat, natural yeast, and sea salt from Italy. Crafted with meticulous attention to everything from ingredient selection to preparation, each one is carefully finished as one of Kanetuta’s signature specialties. *Takeout is also available by reservation only.
