Riverwild “Momo Pork” In Minami-Ukiha, Fukuoka Prefecture, at the foot of the Mino Mountain Range, lies a fertile land dotted with orchards. Along the majestic Chikugo River, Riverwild is a pig farm devoted to carefully controlled breeding and the pursuit of exceptional flavor in pork production. “Momo Pork” is raised on peaches from Akashi Farm. Its appeal lies in its vivid color, pleasant firmness, and richly flavored meat with a fruity umami. Please enjoy this clean-tasting pork in a seasonal Hakata-style simmered meat hot pot.
