About Course Menu

The Special Omakase Course offers a culmination of the finest creations presented by Kita-Shinchi Sushi Oyaji Saigo no Nigiri Kiwami. The soothing sound of flowing water along the wall and the calm Japanese-style setting created by tatami elegantly color the night in Kita-Shinchi. Beginning with a refreshingly chilled chawanmushi, the course continues with thoughtfully prepared sashimi such as conger eel and kombu-cured rolls of horse meat and white fish, followed by fragrant hand rolls with deep-fried young ayu. A total of 10 pieces of masterfully crafted nigiri, presented in two parts, are accompanied by exquisite delicacies such as monkfish liver and eel with cucumber, perfectly complementing your drinks. The experience concludes with luxurious rolls, red miso soup, and dessert. Please indulge in this exquisite culinary drama at a refined counter setting that delights all five senses.
