About Course Menu
This autumn-limited course, Kochu Shuugetsu, showcases the finest seasonal ingredients of the harvest season, carefully prepared using Chinese culinary techniques. Featuring an abundance of autumn delicacies such as Pacific saury with an enticing smoky aroma, fresh and juicy pear, richly flavorful mushrooms, pumpkin, and purple sweet potato, this special course brings the tastes of autumn to life. Through a variety of techniques including stir-frying, steaming, and smoking, each ingredient’s natural character is brought out, allowing you to enjoy the flavors of the season from appetizers to dessert. To offer greater flexibility, noodle and rice dishes are intentionally not included in the course, so guests may choose according to their preference. For an additional ¥500, you may select one of the following: Bottarga Fried Rice, Dandan Noodles, or Chinese Rice Porridge.
