About Course Menu
A limited-time autumn course, Kozu Shuugetsu, available only in this season as autumn reaches its full abundance, featuring carefully prepared seasonal ingredients through the techniques of Chinese cuisine. The menu makes generous use of autumn flavors, including Pacific saury with an appetite-stimulating smoky aroma, juicy pear, richly flavorful mushrooms, pumpkin, and purple sweet potato. Through a variety of techniques such as stir-frying, steaming, and smoking, the natural character of each ingredient is brought out, allowing you to fully enjoy the tastes of autumn from the appetizers to the dessert. In addition, the closing noodle or rice dish is intentionally not included in the course, allowing guests to enjoy their meal according to their preferences. For an additional 500 yen, you may choose from three options: Bottarga Fried Rice, Dandan Noodles, or Chinese Rice Porridge.
