About Course Menu
An autumn-exclusive course, “Kochu Shuugetsu,” featuring seasonal ingredients unique to this time of year when autumn’s bounty comes into season, carefully prepared using Chinese culinary techniques. The course makes generous use of autumn flavors such as Pacific saury with an enticing smoky aroma, fresh pear, richly savory mushrooms, pumpkin, and purple sweet potato. Drawing out the natural qualities of each ingredient through a variety of techniques including stir-frying, steaming, and smoking, this course allows you to savor the tastes of autumn from appetizers to dessert. In addition, noodle and rice dishes are intentionally not included in the course, allowing guests to enjoy them according to their preference. For an additional 500 yen, you may choose from three options: Bottarga Fried Rice, Dandan Noodles, or Chinese Rice Porridge.
