About Course Menu

We procure ingredients and prepare each dish according to the course price. We also offer an optional sake pairing (¥550 per small cup for each dish), so you can enjoy both the drinks and the cuisine together. Sake pairing is available from just one cup, so please feel free to ask at any point during the course.

Menu

■We are currently operating with a one-person staff. For lunch service, we accommodate one party per day, and meal service takes approximately two hours. We would be delighted if you could relax and enjoy your meal in our tranquil space. ■Important notes regarding your visit and reservation time As our restaurant is a small counter-only establishment, we do not have space available near the entrance for waiting, even if you arrive before opening time. In addition, as we operate on a reservation-only basis, we prepare your meal according to the time of your reservation. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, and kindly ask that you also inform your companions and arrive as close as possible to your reserved time.

Doors open 5 minutes before your reservation time. Please note that your reservation time is the time you may be seated, not the time your meal begins, so please take your time when coming. We would also appreciate it if you could kindly inform your guests as well.
