We use "domestic high-quality farmed eel," said to be almost as good as wild eel. By carefully steaming it, it blends perfectly with our signature sauce, moderately sweet and made solely from soy sauce and mirin that has remained unchanged since our establishment, creating the exquisite "Kabayaki" dish. This delicious offering will satisfy everyone from children to the elderly. Besides eel, we also offer a rich variety of dishes, including seasonal appetizers and fresh sashimi directly delivered from Tsukiji. You can enjoy these dishes along with dry Japanese sake and wines sourced directly from Spain.
