About Course Menu
This is a limited lunch course that comes with sparkling wine. The toast sparkling wine can be changed to a soft drink. We have prepared US hanging tender steak using our restaurant's special LAVAROCK (lava stone) oven. By grilling at high temperatures, the meat's flavor is sealed in, resulting in a tender and juicy finish. Please feel free to use this for gatherings with important people such as friends and family.
