Its fresh fruit flavors and delicate bubbles create a glamorous moment for a celebratory toast. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This special dinner course is filled with the chef’s finest selections, including lobster jelly and marinated sweet shrimp with eggplant mousse. For the main dish, you can enjoy both abalone meunière, offering tender flesh and a pleasantly firm texture, and roasted Hakata Wagyu beef fillet. To finish, savor a verrine generously made with mango and an assortment of three petit sweets. This course is perfect for celebrations, anniversaries, and a special evening with someone dear.
