A chef’s choice course featuring the chef’s recommended seasonal ingredients, such as foie gras, lobster, and truffles, in the hors d'oeuvres. This dinner course is recommended for a special evening. The main dish is our most popular item since opening: Tokachi naturally raised Wagyu beef fillet steak. Alternatively, seasonal game may be available depending on the time of year. A cookie plate with a celebratory message can be prepared. We will decide on the course contents after asking about any dislikes or allergies.
