[Afternoon Tea Course] For health-conscious guests

About Course Menu

A new afternoon tea experience is now available for health-conscious guests. More than simply “tea time,” it is a gourmet experience that delights the body. By combining a nutritional perspective with reliable techniques cultivated over many years, we have created a menu that minimizes the use of fats and oils while remaining satisfying and gentle on the body. Like the dignified lotus flower, it brings out a radiance from within. We invite all guests seeking such beauty to enjoy an exceptional and refined moment. This plan is available from 14:30-17:00.

Menu

■ Seasonal Fruit Platter In medicinal cuisine, seasonal fruits are considered “natural supplements” that replenish what the body needs at that time of year. In addition to the skin-beautifying benefits of vitamin C, the abundant natural enzymes aid digestion and support detoxification from within. ■ Almond Jelly, Mango Pudding, and Monk Fruit Pudding Almond Jelly: In traditional Chinese medicine, apricot kernel is known as an herbal ingredient that moistens the lungs and calms coughs. As the lungs and skin are closely connected, it helps nourish the body from within for hydrated, radiant skin. Mango Pudding: Rich in vitamin A (β-carotene), which supports eye health. It helps soothe eyes tired from PC and smartphone use, while its powerful antioxidant properties assist with anti-aging care. Monk Fruit Pudding: Known as the “fruit of the gods,” monk fruit is several hundred times sweeter than sugar while being nearly calorie-free. It is less likely to raise blood sugar levels and also has anti-inflammatory properties, making it an excellent choice for the health-conscious. ■ Assortment of Four Chinese Sweets (House-Made Ma Lai Gao, Sesame Balls, Coconut Balls, and Peach Buns) Enjoy authentic sweets long loved across China, one bite at a time. Please spend an elegant moment with these freshly steamed warm desserts, which gently warm the body. ■ Assortment of Three Steamed Dim Sum (Steamed Shrimp Dumpling, Jade Dumpling, and Xiao Long Bao) Steaming is one of the healthiest cooking methods, minimizing oil while preserving the ingredients’ nutrients. Enjoying warm dim sum helps raise internal body temperature and may support a healthy metabolism. It also provides a well-balanced intake of protein to support overall wellness.
