Centered on weather-inspired motifs such as lightning, clouds, and rain, the menu features an array of creations filled with intellectual curiosity and the pastry chefs’ attention to detail. Highlights include chocolate inspired by fulgurite, the natural glass formed by lightning strikes; a roll cake modeled after a surge protective device; and a monaka inspired by the Raii Well, drawn from the folktale said to be the origin of the lightning-warding chant kuwabara kuwabara.
