The meal is a chef-selected full course centered on seasonal ingredients. We offer a total of 8-10 dishes tailored to the ingredients of the day, from amuse to dessert and mignardises, valuing temperature, aroma, and aftertaste. We cherish a comfortable sense of distance and a quiet, calm space, with services that do not hinder the pace of the meal or conversation. Please use it for anniversaries and special nights, or as time to calmly face important people.
