Manoir has its own game processing facility in Mori, Hokkaido, where local hunters and staff handle wild game in the finest condition. By doing so, we help improve the income of local hunters, contribute to reducing agricultural damage in the region, and serve our guests at Restaurant Manoir the very finest game at its best. In addition, we work in partnership with local governments through the hometown tax donation system, proposing a framework that supports municipal finances, which in turn help sustain pensions and social security. The 19,800 yen dinner course with wine pairing ■ Includes six wine pairings (including champagne) From the champagne for the toast, sommelier Takeji Nakamura selects a wide range of French wines to pair with the story of each dish. You can fully enjoy "Manoir." The special course comprises about 10 meticulously crafted dishes by the chef, intertwined with wild ingredients that evoke the great nature unique to Manoir and seasonal ingredients from each season. For customers who visit multiple times in the same season, the chef presents different dishes based on inspiration from previous visits. Please let us know your visit history and any preferences at the time of reservation. * For customers who are not fond of game dishes, we can prepare a course using seasonal ingredients that do not include game, so please let us know.
