Manoir has its own game processing facility in Mori, Hokkaido, where local hunters and staff handle wild game in the finest condition. This special course features approximately 9 dishes, showcasing Manoir’s signature style by weaving together wild ingredients that evoke the grandeur of nature and seasonal delicacies from each of the four seasons, all prepared with the chef’s utmost dedication. For guests who visit multiple times within the same season, the chef may serve different dishes from your previous visit based on his inspiration. Please let us know your visit history and preferences when making your reservation.
