About Course Menu
When making a reservation, each guest is asked to choose their preferred main dish. After consulting with your party, please select either “Game (Chef’s Recommendation)” or “Non-Game” and enter your choice in the “Requests/Comments” section. If no preference is provided, the main dish will be served as game. This plan includes a 5-drink pairing, including Champagne, with the Xmas course. Champagne + 4 wine pairings

This is our Xmas limited course. On the day, we will operate in two seating times: [17:30~20:00] and [20:30~23:00]. *Please note in advance that for reservations from 17:30, your table will be available until [20:00]. *For reservations from 20:30, due to table arrangements, we are unable to accommodate early arrival. Thank you for your understanding.

- When making a reservation, after consulting with us regarding the main dish, please indicate in the Requests/Comments section whether you prefer "game" or "non-game." * If no preference is specified, the main dish will be served as game. - If you have any food allergies, please include in the Requests/Comments section the number of guests affected, along with: 1. the specific ingredient(s), 2. whether it can be consumed if thoroughly cooked, and 3. whether dashi or extracts can be consumed. - If there are any ingredients you dislike, please note them in the Requests/Comments section. - If you require a receipt, please indicate the name for the receipt in the Requests/Comments section.
