This is a special course priced at 19,800 yen for dinner. The course includes a Manoir original Basque cheesecake (frozen) in a Manoir original box and comes with a special tote bag. Each person can choose one cheesecake as a gift from four varieties. - Please choose one type of Basque cheesecake per person from the four varieties below: (1) Manoir Basque Cheesecake (Natural) (2) Tea Basque Cheesecake (3) Matcha Basque Cheesecake (4) Hokkaido Mori Town's Miyoy Kabocha Basque Cheesecake This is a special course of about ten dishes, featuring a blend of wild ingredients that embody great nature, alongside seasonal ingredients unique to Manoir in the "Chef's Masterpiece" course. For patrons who visit multiple times in the same season, we offer dishes different from the previous visit based on the chef’s inspiration. Please mention your visit history or preferences when making a reservation. *If you are not a fan of game meat, we can prepare a course using seasonal ingredients without it, so please inform us.
