This is a special seven-course menu, crafted with the chef’s utmost dedication, featuring wild ingredients that evoke the great natural beauty unique to Mannois, along with the finest seasonal ingredients of the four seasons. For guests who visit multiple times within the same season, the chef, guided by inspiration, will prepare dishes different from those served on your previous visit.
