Enjoy the delicious meat with the secret sauce recipe from the renowned Maruhan restaurant in Tsuruhashi, Osaka, which has been in business for over 50 years! We use premium rice specially blended by the renowned Hachidaime Gihebei. Savor the ultimate pairing of carefully selected sauce-marinated meat and exceptional rice. When selecting meat, the priority is always its compatibility with the secret sauce. The selection focuses on wagyu beef with rich umami fat and Akaushi beef with its softer, leaner meat. Especially, Akaushi beef is rich in taurine and low in fat, making it deliciously easy to eat as much as you want. Enjoy nutritious and body-friendly meat that will satisfy both body and soul!
